There is a level of NLP that exists beyond what most practitioners ever access. Master Practitioner training requires a foundation that most people have not yet built. If you have completed the NLP Practitioner Training, you have that foundation. This is what it was always pointing toward.
Completion of NLP Practitioner Training is required to attend this program. The work at this level builds directly on the model you have already built.
This is about
Relationships.
You will leave this training with more than a list of techniques. You will leave with a fundamentally different relationship to the things that shape every result you will ever create, in your clients, in your practice, and in your own life.
Certainty
What you thought was solid becomes something you can navigate deliberately. Certainty stops being something that happens to you and becomes something you choose.
Identity
You will work at the level where identity is formed and see the structure that generates the story. This is where real change lives.
Language
You understood that words shape experience. At this level, you begin working with the architecture beneath the words and the structures that language can point toward but not contain.
Change
Change stops being something you facilitate and becomes something you understand at a structural level. The difference between a shift that lasts and one that doesn't becomes completely visible.
The model itself
NLP is a model of how humans work. At Master Practitioner level, you begin to see the edges of the model and and what exists beyond them. This is where the work gets interesting.
Your clients
The depth available to you as a practitioner expands significantly. What was difficult becomes navigable. What was complex becomes clear. You begin working at a level most practitioners never reach.
Prac gave you the tools. The Master Prac shows you what they were always pointing toward.

There is a standard NLP Master Practitioner syllabus. And then there is what Elizabeth teaches. Twenty-five years of taking the model further into the places most trainers don't go, and some don't know are there.
This is a fundamental shift in how you understand reality, identity, and change and what it means to work with another human being at depth.

Yes. This is not a gatekeeping policy, it is a structural reality. Master Practitioner builds directly on the model you constructed in the Prac. Without that foundation, the work at this level simply is not accessible.
We accept Practitioner training from EAWTC or from another recognised provider. If you trained elsewhere, book a call and we'll confirm your foundation is sufficient before you commit.
15 consecutive days, full attendance required. This is a cohort-based live programme — the dates are set and the attendance expectation is non-negotiable.
The work at this level is cumulative. Each day builds on the last. Partial attendance does not produce the same outcome.
No. This training is in-room only, Gold Coast. That is not a limitation, it is the point. The depth of work available at this level requires full physical presence from every person in the room.
If you cannot attend in person, the right move is to wait for a date that works. The training will run again.
The content goes significantly beyond the standard syllabus. Elizabeth has taken the model into territory that does not exist in other Master Practitioner programmes — work at the level of identity structure, the architecture beneath language, and advanced pattern work that requires live in-room facilitation to transmit.
If you completed the Prac with us, you will recognise immediately that this is operating on a different level. If you trained elsewhere, the difference will still be apparent — it will simply take a day or two longer to orient.
Pay in Full is $7,500. We also offer a two-payment split ($7,700), monthly payments, and weekly payments. In-room pricing is available when purchased inside a live EAWTC event.
