There are very few experiences in life that genuinely alter the way you see yourself, the people around you, and the future that is available to you. My time with EAWTC was one of those experiences.

Walking into the training, I expected to learn new skills and gain knowledge. What I didn't expect was the depth of transformation, connection, and personal growth that would unfold over the days that followed. The room itself felt unlike anything I had experienced before — a space filled with support, challenge, encouragement, and an unwavering belief in every person's potential.

Elizabeth has an extraordinary gift. Beyond her knowledge and expertise, she has the ability to see people for who they truly are beneath years of conditioning. Through her guidance, I was able to uncover parts of myself that I had forgotten, reconnect with strengths I had underestimated, and begin viewing my life through an entirely new lens.

Before discovering NLP, I felt completely stuck. Every day was the same — waking up tired, dragging myself to work, avoiding social situations, feeling disconnected from myself and from life.

NLP changed everything.

It helped me break out of that fog and reconnect with who I really am. I started waking up with energy again. I felt motivated, clear, and genuinely excited about my days. My relationships improved, my confidence grew, and even my sleep transformed. It was like someone turned the lights back on.

The NLP Practitioner Training was absolutely incredible and has genuinely changed my life. I loved every single day of the course. The training was powerful, informative, supportive and delivered with so much knowledge, care and passion.

I have walked away with a deeper understanding of myself, valuable tools I can use in everyday life and a completely different perspective on what is possible for me. I am so grateful I finally took the leap and completed this training. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

The NLP Practitioner training blended science, heart, and ethical coaching in a way that felt safe, empowering, and immediately useful. The deeply immersive training to integrate the learnings is like nothing I've ever experienced before.

What I admire most about Liz is how genuinely invested she is in the individual development of each person. She takes the time to understand people, recognise their strengths, challenge them when they need it and help them grow in a way that feels personal to them. You never feel like just another person walking through the door.

Oh wow, what a journey I have been on in just seven days. SEVEN! A week. That's it, that's all it took to change my life.

Fast forward and I am moving freely, quickly, presently. I have clear goals, bigger plans than I've ever had, a genuinely positive outlook on life and an excitement to engage with people I haven't felt in so many years.

What Liz and her team create is honestly a beautiful space to feel safe, seen and heard. I thought about this for about 2 years and during that time I received messages of support from Liz herself and the team. After several Women's Bloom events I was left wanting more — a space where I could be seen, held and heard, and have the opportunity to grow, learn and be the best version of me.
